Health and vaccination recommendations for Kyrgyzstan

Vaccination

Kyrgyzstan is not an at-risk country and no vaccination is mandatory for your trip. You can choose not to do any. Here is the list of vaccinations recommended by the Pasteur Institute:

• Viral hepatitis A
• Viral hepatitis B
• Typho id
• Rage (if you plan to travel alone in isolated places)
• Tick-borne encephalitis (for long treks)

We strongly recommend you to be up to date with your Tetanus vaccination.

• Insect bites and irritation soothing cream
• Sunscreen
• After-sunburn cream
• D e sinfectant and mercurochrome
• Sterile compresses and bandages, including bandages for blisters

• Cream for bruises and body aches
• Anti-diarrhea pills
• Throat soothing medication
• Eye-drops
• Antibiotics
• Tweezers
• Water purifying tablets
